Leapfrog Sports Solihull is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Coach to join our team and support our weekend multi-sports classes for children aged 2–7.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with young children in a fun, supportive and rewarding environment. No coaching experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in!
📍 Location & Hours:
- Alderbrook School, Solihull
- Saturdays from 8.45am to 12.00pm
- All year round
👟 What the role involves:
- Supporting the Lead Coach in delivering fun, structured sessions
- Helping set up and pack away equipment
- Encouraging children as they build confidence, skills and teamwork
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both children and parents
✅ Ideal for someone who is:
- Energetic, reliable and great with young children
- Confident, friendly and able to work as part of a team
- Interested in sports, physical activity and working with children
💰 Pay:
- £8.50–£12.21 per hour, depending on age and experience
- Applicants must be 16 or over to apply
